Description
The University is seeking to appoint an architectural practice to act as Principal Designer, to prepare and develop a concept design for a new IQ Learning Resource Centre to RIBA Stage 3, planning submission and beyond. The University intends to undertake a design competition for Architectural services through a competitive process in line with the Public Contracts Regulations. Submissions for the Design Contest are expected to be a fully designed Stage 2 Concept, with the formal appointment of the winning bidder to be confirmed after completion of the Design Contest. The appointment will be in line with the University's Deed of Appointment for 'Architect and Contract Administrator' covering all project work stages through to completion and handover.
