Runcorn Waterfront is a bold and ambitious proposal to deliver the development of circa 149 new and up to 33 refurbished (energy retrofit) mixed tenure homes to promote a contemporary and sustainable town centre living offer within the heart of the Town Centre. The development project will have an estimated construction works value of approximately £26.3 Million and support circa 70 construction jobs.
