| releases/0/tender/description | The Service Provider shall be required to carry out surveys to structural defects and provide timely reports which can include professional recommendations to complete remedial works, technical drawings and calculations within the specified timescales as per the Key Performance Indicators.
The service provider shall be required to inspect defects, diagnose causation, recommend remediation, and sign off all completed works as directed by the Contract Administrator.
