Description
High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced and competent consultant through a competitive tender exercise to support in the production of a Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). Separate SPD's for each Council will set out the approach to seeking Section 106 planning obligations. This exercise is being managed through the Council's Electronic tendering system Proactis.
