Procurement of a multi-disciplinary team to provide professional and technical services (inc. development of designs, specifications & contract documentation, bid evaluation and cost management) to effect the delivery of the required D & B Contract; with progression to the role of EA for the contract administration of the works that are expected to include:-

• supplementary energy efficiency measures that may be identified during the project development phase.
