Description
Lampton Investment & Development 360 are seeking to appoint a single Managing Agent to manage a Property Acquisitions & Improvement programme with an initial term of 3 years. The successful Managing Agent will need to have a track record to demonstrate their experience, knowledge and capability in acquiring properties in the London Borough of Hounslow region. Other requirements include, but are not limited to, holding RICS accreditation, membership to the Property Ombudsman and TRUSTMARK. The successful Managing Agent will be expected to work alongside Lampton Investment & Development 360 to draft a specification and pricing schedule for 1) Void work and 2) a Reactive / Planned Repair and Maintenance contract. The Managing Agent contract will include Key Performance Indicators which require extremely quick turnaround responses. Therefore it may be beneficial for those intending to express and interest to this Notice to consider establishing an office within the London Borough of Hounslow. No sub-contracting of the Managing Agent function will be permitted. The purpose of this Notice is a call for expressions of interest in order to create a select list of interested companies who will receive a tender pack after the initial period for expressions of interest expires. Please note the tender process will include financial and background assessments which will be covered in the tender pack. The expression of interest date commences on the 20th August 2021 at 14:00 and will expire on the 13th September 2021 at 17:00. It is intended the Tender period to commence shortly after the 13th September 2021. The estimated contract value is £7m , the actual out turn is unknown. However it is believed the estimation is a true reflection of the Managing Agent contract value, this is at the lower end of the estimation.
