Uttlesford District Council invites consultancy teams to submit a proposal to work with the Council to carry out an Integrated Water Cycle and Management Study to provide a robust evidence base for the development of the Uttlesford District Local Plan. This will comprise a Water Cycle and integrated water management plan incorporating the work of the Strategic Flood Risk Assessment. It will be a critical element of infrastructure and contribute to the drive towards net zero carbon across the District serving existing and proposed new build development. It should feed into the emerging IDP and Viability assessments and will be subject to a verification exercise towards the end of its completion to assess impact on carbon reduction and Council's climate change ambitions.
