Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to participate in establishing a framework of Heritage Professionals up to a value of £2M for the design of refurbishment of Units within the Carriage Works, London Street, Swindon and other heritage assets that SBC owns or has an interest in. The submission to participate on the framework will also include the first package of work, to be mini competed comprising of reviewing and further developing designs of Units 7 & 9 of the Carriage works. The work is adjacent to Unit 11 of the Carriage Works, which is currently being refurbished to provide a 'Cultural Heritage Institute' for a Higher Education facility. Details of the works required to Units 7 and 9 are provided in the Invitation to tender and supporting documentation. Full details relating to the professional services required are provided in the tender documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com Contract Period The contract will be initially for a period of 48 months commencing 04th March 2020.
